• Earn and use virtual tickets within the game
• Collect virtual badges
• Optionally purchase additional tickets using Solana cryptocurrency

3. Virtual Currency

"Math Tickets" are virtual items used within the game. They:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Cannot be transferred between users
• May be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data

4. Purchases

Math Shuffle offers optional purchases using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Purchases are processed through your personal Solana wallet
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds
• Transaction fees (gas) are your responsibility
• We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Attempt to manipulate game mechanics or outcomes
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Math Shuffle, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, and code, is owned by Math Shuffle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Math Shuffle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the app is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Math Shuffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of virtual items or progress
• Failed or incorrect blockchain transactions
• Device damage or data loss

9. Game Mechanics

The slot machine and dice features in Math Shuffle are for entertainment purposes only. Outcomes are determined by random number generation. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

10. Age Requirements

The game is suitable for all ages. However, the payment feature requires a Solana wallet, which typically requires users to be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
